Hidden Leaders

Every organization has them. They may not wear the title of supervisor or manager, but they are the people others naturally turn to for guidance, support, and stability. These informal leaders influence workplace culture every day—and they are often among the organization’s greatest strengths and greatest retention risks. Hidden Leaders explores how to identify, develop, and support informal leaders while helping organizations create pathways for growth without sacrificing well-being. Participants will examine the characteristics of effective informal leadership, career development, mentorship, healthy workplace culture, and strategies for preventing burnout through self-care, boundaries, and sustainable leadership practices. Whether you’re a frontline employee, a supervisor, or an executive, this course provides practical tools to recognize leadership potential, cultivate future leaders, and ensure the people who quietly hold organizations together receive the support they need to continue thriving.
